A disappointment
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought these because they were within my budget. Having had them for roughly 10 months has been rough. While at an affordable price, they have connectivity issues. This is something that continues to echo previous reviews. It's been such an issue that I've contacted JBL twice, and they're offered to send a replacement each time. With that being said, I will not be able to get the third pair because I don't have the box since I am away from home. I just wanted something affordable and reliable. I'll continue to use them and deal with the issue until I decide what I'll purchase next. For reference, I have products from Bose, Audio Technica, Sony, Beats, and Sonos. Aside from the Sonos, I have no complaints for the other products. I've thus begun looking into Bose and Sony. I will no longer purchase JBL moving forward.

Sound quality is great but have other issues

However, they don't charge evenly, one side feels like it's going to fall out even after trying the different size ear pieces, and they turn off about 10min into a sauna.
