My only problem is the left ear but died within 3-4 months. I would not buy these again. Would rather pay more and have something that lasts.

Posted .We appreciate your feedback. We suggest cleaning the contact pins on the case and left earbud using a cotton swab with alcohol. These pins can be sensitive to dust. Please make sure to dry the pins before placing them back on the case. If the issue persists, please be informed that all our products come with a one-year warranty. Posted .Thanks for your feedback, we're here to help with your JBL Vibe Beam. If you're experiencing Cracking Issue, please try to connect the earbuds to other source device to see if the issue is within the earbuds or the source device. If the issue still persisted please reset the unit to factory default settings by tapping twice and hold on the third tap on Left/Right earbud while not charging for more than 5 seconds. You may need to 'forget' the headphones in Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet in order to pair it again. If the issue still persist please contact our customer support.
