    These ear buds worked so great, until one of them stopped working. I troubleshooted with tons of online forums, took all the advice and cannot get one of them to work. Had them for 3 months.

This can include sweat, grease, ear wax, etc. Please clean the contact points of your earbuds and the charging case to resolve the issue.     These could be good but I couldn't seem to find the right fitment. I spent more time keeping them from falling out than using them.

    Not the greatest quality earbuds! Budget earbuds! Not half the sound as my AirPods. Isn't quite Siri compatible . Headphones take the longest to connect to apple products . But does have a great battery life! One earbuds last 5 hours of nonstop music and being on the phone!

      We appreciate you taking the time to provide us with your feedback. Here are some troubleshooting steps that can help you isolate the issue with your JBL Vibe Beam. First, forget/unpair the earbuds to the source device. You can manually connect the source device to the product by selecting the product from your Bluetooth list. Next, you may try to reset it, with both earbuds on, and not charging, tap two times and hold the button on the third tap for more than five seconds. You may need to 'forget' the headphones in Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet to pair it again. If the issue remains, please contact our customer support for further assistance. JBL

    Sound does not meet the JBL name. Even downloading the app and adjusting the equalizer its just not great sound. Weird charging case with getting the buds out too. 2 stars better than some bargain buds but I can’t believe they even have the JBL name

    Would not connect to my computers

    Returned them, as I tried everything to connect to two different computers (1 Apple, 1 PC) and could not connect them.

    I was really shocked that the JBL didn't have the base that I was looking for. It was very mediocre poorly made as well as sound.

    Instructions are written too small. You need a magnifier to read them.

    They feel cheap. The material is very smooth plastic so taking the buds out of the case is difficult. Also the earbuds don’t respond to commands that well and the call quality is horrible. People can’t hear you talking because the background noise is so loud. Spend a few more dollars and get something better.

To start, connect your unit to your phone. Open the app and then select your unit on the app. Under 'Gestures' settings, you can choose the command you prefer on both earbuds.     Overall very good. However, wore them on a plane and didn't block out enough background noise so made it hard to hear the movie.

      We appreciate your feedback. Our JBL Vibe Beam TWS doesn't have the Active Noise Cancelling feature. We recommend our Tune 130NC TWS, Tune 230NC TWS, and JBL Reflect Mini NC as these earbuds have a noise-canceling feature. JBL

    Get these if you NEVER make phone calls

    The audio volume is low, but it is okay for playing videos. However, it's mic is just horrible. I've answered several phone calls in my office or a restaurant. They could hardly hear what I said, and I tried to use either one or both, but it's not working.

    Got these as backups. They work fine but the sound is kind of muffled but wasn't really expecting the best at this price.

    Poor sound quality. Almost no bass whatsoever. The statement, “you get what you pay for” has rarely been more accurate. Good for listening to books and podcasts; terrible for music.

      Thanks for reaching out to us. We're here to help. In order for the headphones to give you the best audio response, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. If you have accomplished a tight seal, but still feel that the bass is lacking, this might be caused of the sonic quality of your source, depending on what you are listening to, EQ Settings, or Source Device. If you're using an EQ, you may try to turn it off, or if not, try turning it on and boosting the bass. You may also reset the earbuds by turning it on, and not charging, tap two times and hold the button on the third tap for more than 5 seconds. You may need to 'forget' the headphones in Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet in order to pair it again.       Thanks for your feedback. To achieve the best seal and secure fit with our JBL Vibe Beam, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal.
