    Garbage microphone makes this useless

    The sound and fit are fine - but this was meant to primarily be used for taking calls while walking or at my desk. But in NO scenario - phone or desktop, home office or outdoors - am I able to be heard well by others on the phone. I use several other headphones for different situations - none of the other 2 result in people on the other side calling out that they cannot hear me. Add that it's doesn't always pair quickly to devices, these headphones are now just throw aways.

      Thanks for your feedback. We're here to help with your JBL Vibe Beam. Please try these steps to isolate the issue. First, check your device's settings. Please make sure that the mic output is set to "JBL Vibe Beam". Second, try to record yourself to check if your voice is being recorded using your unit. Next, use other communication apps and other source devices. Lastly, try resetting it by tapping the earbuds twice and holding on to the third tap for more than five seconds. You may need to 'forget' the headphones on your device to pair it again.     Decent earbuds

    These have very nice sound quality and ease with use and connection, but however they are pretty uncomfortable. After a while they start to fall out of my ears and I have to constantly keep pushing them back in and it’s annoying.

    Not as loud or comfortable as I thought. Rubber sections are too big and hurt ear after wearing for even short period of time( yes, even the smallest is still too big)

    Love these headphones. The app is intuitive and they really work to have you pair your every day movements and lifestyle to use the headphones. I did notice the left headphone would die a bit quicker

    I got this as a gift for multiple people during a sale. I haven’t received any complaints although I don’t know if I would lol. I’ve seen them wearing them from time to time so it seems to get the job done!

    This pretty good for the price you pay for but the only problem I have with it is that when I try to move my earbuds like for instance putting them in or taking them off it always tries to turn on Google assistant which annoys me because I'm pretty sure it is not supposed to do that.

    Decent set of ear buds the app for them tho jbl you could do much better with it plus anytime you charge them one bud charges to 100 tge oth only 20 but they do sound ok

    I am really pleased with JBL. I think with all the competition in the ear buds/headphones industry your are going to get great value for an inexpensive price and JBL has proven that.

    They were amazing, I'm very sad to have left them behind in another state. I was devastated but will be purchasing again. JBL never lets me down, there's always a product that best fits my standards. Thank you again.

    Check your Settings on I-phone if volume is a pro

    At first the volume was not sufficient. I finally went to settings on my i-phone, then went to head phone safety and turned the volume to 100.

    It has a fitting problem in ears, drops in every 10 minutes. Base is normal. There is no noise filter, during call other side person gets irritates because of noise it catches.

    I really appreciate it and love it so much. It is so handful and easy access to play music watch video and answer or hang up my incoming call or out going call,and I can also control it through the JBL app.
