Also, when they are connected to my Macbook Air the sound cuts in and out A LOT! I have complete moments of silence while watching a video and it’s quite annoying. I dont have these issues with my other earbuds I purchased from Amazon.

Posted .Thanks for your feedback. To achieve the best seal and a secure fit, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. You can also try different sizes of ear tips that came with the headphones to see if a better fit can prevent them from falling off. If you have already maximized the volume levels on both your source device and the earbuds itself and still find the loudness insufficient, please note that the EQ (equalizer) feature can be accessed through the JBL Headphones App to enhance the volume levels of specific frequencies in the audio signal. To fix the dropouts issue, forget/unpair your earbuds on your device, and initiate a reset. To reset, first make sure that the case is not charging, tap the right earbud twice, and hold the button on the third tap for more than five seconds. Otherwise great for listening to music and works as hearing protection when they’re worn in loud environments.
