    the airbuds worked for 3 months and then the right air peice started making problems and hardly gives out any sound

      We're here to help with your JBL Vibe Beam. With TWS earbuds, charging issues are frequently caused by foreign matter on the metal charging contacts. This can include sweat, grease, ear wax, etc. These issues can be resolved by cleaning the contact points on the earbuds and charging case. If you need more help, please contact our customer support.     I recently purchased a pair of JBL Earbuds, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. These earbuds have exceeded my expectations in several key areas, making them a fantastic addition to my daily life. First and foremost, the sound quality is exceptional. The JBL Earbuds deliver rich, clear audio with deep bass and crisp highs. Whether I'm listening to music, watching movies, or taking calls, the audio quality is consistently impressive. The noise isolation is also outstanding, allowing me to immerse myself in my music without being distracted by external sounds. Comfort is another area where these earbuds shine. They come with multiple ear tip options, ensuring a secure and comfortable fit for extended periods of use. I've worn them during long flights, workouts, and while working from home, and they've remained comfortable throughout. They're also compact and lightweight, making them easy to carry around and comfortable to wear for extended periods. The battery life is excellent. I can use the JBL Earbuds for hours on end without needing to recharge them. The convenient charging case provides extra power when I'm on the go, and it's easy to monitor the battery status through the indicator lights on the case. The touch controls are intuitive and responsive, allowing me to play/pause music, answer calls, adjust volume, and activate voice assistants with a simple tap or swipe.     Wanted to like them but they fell out of my ears regardless of which silicone tip I used.

To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal.     The order was not delivered to my doorstep, and I didn't find it at my apartment. Best Buy initially said they would send a replacement, but now they won’t.

    I was excited to receive my first wireless ear buds. To my disappointment, the sound terrible and one of them cuts out constantly.

      Thank you for the feedback. We're here to help with your JBL Vibe Beam. It is possible that there is something interfering with the wireless Bluetooth signal. Please make sure that there are no other wireless devices, walls, and obstacles near you. Another possibility is that the Bluetooth connection become corrupt. Please try to forget the unit from your device and pair them again by taking out both earbuds from the case and selecting the product under Devices, on your Bluetooth device.       For your JBL Vibe Beam to give you the best audio response, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. Gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, then, continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal to achieve the best seal and secure fit.     I just had these earbuds for not even a whole week. Usually I don’t use these silicone tipped earbuds, but I wanted to try JBL since they are a good brand. Last night I used them and this morning I woke up to my right ear not having enough sound clarity. Don’t buy these ear buds if you want to hear clearly again.

      Thanks for your feedback. If the charging case is not charging, try to use a different charger or outlet, and clean the charging port if there is a speck of dirt if necessary. If the buds are not charging, we advise cleaning the contact points on the earbuds and charging case.     Nice sound but don’t fit my ears and keep falling with every head movement. I cannot imagine jogging with them.

These pins are sensitive to dust. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. If the issue still persists, please contact our customer support. JBL
