Charge seems to hold up pretty well and I can listen to the radio on my phone from for 8+ hours with little drain on the phone or bud battery. I use them when working around the house & light yard work. Thought I'd have issues with them staying in my ear but no issues yet. I haven't used it yet but there's a feature that if you misplace a bud, from the phone app, which I recommend downloading from JBL, a loud sound (don't try it when the bud is in your ear), is emitted from the bud to help you find it. Good providence!

Absolutely nothing wrong with the purchase experience, easy online purchase with fast shipping. Ear buds work as they should, with good sound quality for the price; but I wish they had a noise canceling feature &/or got one level louder. I never turned my previous ear buds to max volume(too loud), but I have these on max all the time and still wish it had just one more level. Again, nothing wrong with them and if you don’t listen to loud music; these are great.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.wish they were louder, they stay in during activity well. the ability to have the app ping them if they get lost or misplaced is night. i dont know if there is any way to turn them on with out the case though. which is annoying because if they are unpaired for too long they turn off and you have to put them back in the case then pull them out for them to turn back on.

Recommend downloading the app as the equalizer can be adjusted to make it sound even better, recommend 5db up for most songs especially on spotify. Satisifying purchase that doesn't seem like a budget earbud.
