If my phone is in my pocket and my bud in my ear, I'll get the audio cutting for a second every 20 minutes or so. For the price I was hoping for better, as I haven't had this issue with cheap wireless headphones.

Posted .We are here to help with your JBL Vibe Buds. To fix the dropping sound issue with your earbuds, you can try to forget and manually pair it again. You can also try to connect your JBL Vibe Buds to another device or source application. If the issue persists, try to reset your earbuds. With both earbuds on, and not charging, tap two times and hold the button on the third tap for more than 5 seconds. You may need to 'forget' the headphones in Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet in order to pair it again.
Not worth the money

Less than 2 weeks after purchase the right earbud repeatedly lost connection and still does. As for working out, the buds do not hold up to any amount of moderate perspiration and fall out of my ears all the time.

These pins are sensitive to dust. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. If you need more help, we'd like to work with you directly. Strong Sub Bass, GREAT Bang for buck!

I have done more research and wish I had gone straight to JBL because even these entry level buds provide sub bass power that I am looking for that rivals the Sennies but with better connectivity. The open case design is odd but hasn't been much of an issue for me. The tips fit fine but the buds are a bit small for my ear so I have to adjust once in awhile. I am excited to upgrade to one of the higher end JBLs one day!

After 3 weeks the right ear bud would charge to a max of 50%. Best Buy made the return/exchange simple. Primary use is while motorcycle riding.
