Love them so much, I've had them for more than a year and they're still in good condition.

You can exchange the products if they are damaged or you can turn the product in and use the warranty to buy a different product free of cost. I love this option.

It didnt fall off the case but they had a somewhat comfortable fit.

Posted .Thanks for your feedback. We're here to help with your JBL Vibe Buds TWS. One of the common reason for low volume are dust/dirt/debris blocking the ear tip screen. We recommend cleaning it using a cotton swab alcohol. If cleaning doesn't solve the problem, the next thing to check is the balance control. Check the balance control on your source device by going to the "Accessibility" settings, music player app; commonly found in the playback or EQ settings, and on the JBL Headphones App. Also, source devices (phones, tablets, etc.) all behave a bit differently. Some have very loud outputs, and some can be quite a bit lower, even at maximum volumes. We need to determine if the problem is in the device or the headphones. Try to connect the headphones to a different device (phone/tablet/music player) to see if it fixes the problem. If you need more help, please contact our customer support.

Probably the BEST I've ever purchased! I'm not sure if this is a universal feature, but on my phone it shows each ear buds' battery status! Luv 'em!
