They glitch in and out so much so that I cannot stand to listen to it. Back to the AirPod Pros

Posted .Thank you for your feedback. This is not the experience that we want you to have. Please try to perform a factory reset, and make sure both earbuds are outside the case and not being charged. Posted .Thanks for your inquiry. Please restart your Bluetooth connection by disconnecting your JBL Vibe Buds from your source device and reconnecting it again. Also, please don’t stand too close to the Wi-Fi router and appliances like microwaves that can interfere with the connection. If you need more help, please contact our customer support.

Not that comfortable

In order for the headphones to give you the best audio response, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. Battery does not last

I saw the same ones here at Best Buy and decided to buy them since I loved them. However m, they die all the time when they are I’m not on the charger and need to be connected 24/7. Not happy

Posted .We're here to help with your JBL Vibe Buds. When charging your earbud's charging case, it's necessary that you are using the proper power brick/adapter rated at 5V and at least 1A with the cable it came with. Also, charging issues with TWS are frequently caused by foreign matter on the metal charging contacts. This can include sweat, grease, ear wax, etc. These issues can be resolved by cleaning the contact points on the earbuds and charging case. If you need more help, please contact JBL customer support so we can assist you.

First, make sure that the headphones and device are within 10 feet of each other and with a clear line of sight (no obstacles). Next, forget/unpair the headphones on your device then perform manual pairing. You may also try to connect the headphones to a different device (phone/tablet/music player) to see if it fixes the problem. Last is the reset, with both earbuds on, and not charging, tap two times and hold the button on the third tap for more than five seconds. If these steps don't work, please contact us at (800) 336-4525 Mon - Fri: 9:00 am - 11:00 pm (EST) Sat-Sun: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (EST) for further assistance.

It has a maximum Bluetooth range of 10–15 meters, with no large objects blocking the line of sight. Also please forget pairing on all previous Source Devices it was connected to, then re-pair. Poor battery life

If the right earbud doesn't meet the advertised playtime hours even at low to mid-volume levels, there could be a problem with the battery of the bud. Not usable for talking on phone

In a quiet room/environment, call recipients can barely hear me talking with ear buds connected. In a noisy room/outside, unusable. Otherwise, as wireless headphones, they work great. The JBL app (ios) works great

Didn't work for me.

Spent about an hour online with customer support for them to say - send it back and we'll replace it. Nope - took it back to Best Buy and got another product.
