    Okay sound, durable but auto-dialing is maddening!

    They auto-dial someone on your phone randomly when you put them back in the cradle!!! I wake up at 4am and let's just say, I really angered some of my colleagues. Sound is okay and I like that I can sweat without hurting them but automatically calling someone was not wanted or needed.

    Case is a stand, not a case

    If ANYTHING at all happens to the case, i.e. dropping it, setting it down too fast, or moving it too fast, the buds go flying out. It's less a "case" and more a "stand". Definitely not portable, which begs the question: "what was their intended use?" Clearly not a portable listening device.

    Im my opinion the ear buds are not a reliable fit. They pop out easy regardless if the various sizes available.

      Thanks for your feedback with our JBL Vibe Buds. To achieve the best seal and a secure fit, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal.     Loose connectors?

    These sre my gym headphones and they have one job. Be charged while theyre in the pods in my car. And everytine I go to the gym, the headphones are low on power. I charge the pods case while in the gym so its nevwr without charge. I suspect the conmectors are not great at connecting and hence one of the pods always loses charge when Im at the gym. Unsatisfied with this inconvenience.

    Lost ear plug.
