Next, sand and dirt can get into the charging port, please clean it with compressed air. Lastly, try resetting your unit by pressing and holding the "Volume +" and "Play" buttons for more than three seconds while it is powered on. You may need to 'forget' your unit on your device to pair them again. To check your warranty options, please contact us at (800) 336-4525 Mon - Fri: 9:00 am - 11:00 pm (EST) Sat - Sun: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (EST)

For its size, it is not very loud. I have a smaller JBL speaker which is just as loud. If I had bought it for myself, I would’ve returned it. If you’re looking for loud and booming, this ain’t it.
