Very disappointed and our return date was 1/16/22 which has now passed by 10 days.

Posted .Here are some things to try that often fix these issues. Try disconnecting the cable from your product and re-inserting it. Sand or dirt can get into the product’s charging port. Check the port. Clean if needed with compressed air or a toothpick. See if the power jack can be wiggled and if wiggling makes the LED light up, even if only briefly. If these steps do not fix the problem, contact JBL Customer Service for technical support and assistance. https://bit.ly/3FvVTnj

For its size, it is not very loud. I have a smaller JBL speaker which is just as loud. If I had bought it for myself, I would’ve returned it. If you’re looking for loud and booming, this ain’t it.
