This is a better sounding speaker than it’s previous model which I also bought at Best Buy. It doesn’t have the zipper design in the charging port like the previous model. ( which I hated )

Great quality & sound. Did stop working about a week outside of warranty, JBL honored it nonetheless. Second speaker works just as well as the first.

I work outside and can have headphones on so I decided to buy a portable speaker and let me tell you I start the party every where I go. Love it sounds very loud.

This speaker is exactly what I was looking for. It is a bit heavy so don’t rely on any kiddos to pack it around. It is very loud and works for our very huge shop.

It’s pretty fantastic. Upgrade the firmware after you get it, it’s a decent improvement. You’d be hard pressed to find better bass in a decent sized Bluetooth speaker.

This has a great sound. It also has a very good strap. You can carry it with the strap or use the strap to secure it to something. We use the strap to secure it to the boat. Happy with this purchase

The sound you get out of this portable speaker is beyond. I rarely go past 3 clicks on the volume.

Great speaker. Full sound with highs and great bass. A little hefty to take on the go but great for my patio and pool parties. I downloaded the JBL app for updates.

This is by far the best portable speaker around. I had bought the jbl Boombox2 but exchanged it for this because it was too big. The extreme 2 is much more portable.

Very nice speaker with impressive battery life, lots of power, and a nice bass response. However, it comes up a bit short in the treble and mid-range. I’d prefer a better overall balance over bass-heavy sound, but it’s still a nice unit and was the best splash-resistant portable speaker I could find. No regrets.

I really like this blue tooth speaker. It has great sound because of the bass which most bt speakers lack. A little pricey but it seems to be very rugged, and has a sturdy carrying strap.

Upgraded from a Charge 4 and slightly disappointed as I expected more due to the size. But seems its equal in volume but the clarity is better

JBL Xtreme 2 portable Bluetooth speaker is a nice speaker and sounds good. I would recommend it if you catch it on sale like I did $230. Cost a is a bit high at regular price in my opinion

Got this on sale for $250 and wow well worth it! Bumps so much louder then Bose I’ve bought also sounds better then my MegaBlast I have.

We purchased as a gift for an assisted living facility. They were very thrilled with this item. it was also a great deal. I have a smaller one that has amazing sound
