He enjoys listening to music while playing basketball outside with his friends, in his room or in our backyard. The quality is excellent! I highly recommend this product.

Don’t like Bluetooth functionality for my purpose

The reason I returned it was since it’s bluetooth, if you are using your phone as the source, the music stops every time you get a phone call for the duration of the call and broadcasts over the JBL. Every time you send or receive a text or get a notification you hear it. I returned and bought a Sonos One - I have to plug it in but overall better for me.

Music yes, projector no

The audio is off by a second or more. Guess for movie night I’ll continue using my old UE Megaboom which syncs nicely with the projector. Audio lag aside the speaker is nice and loud and will be used primarily for music.

Posted .Unfortunately, our JBL Xtreme 2 is designed for phones and tablets to play music. We don't recommend it for devices that have video because there's a possibility of audio sync issues. If your projector has an Aux port, you may try using an Aux cable to connect it to the speaker so that there would be no lag with the audio.

Reason for review is due to very very short Bluetooth range. Keeps disconnecting 10 ft from the speaker clear line of sight.
