I have an old hot rod and i needed a loud speaker. I found a different sony model that i was able to use. They refused to refund it and i suspect it was because i was a white male. The manager who was a black woman laughed at me when i trued to return it unopened and brand new. She was rude and condescending and probably a racist!!!! Service sucked and now im the proud owner of two very expensive speakers and im only using 1.
