First, you may power cycle by pressing and holding the power button for 30 seconds while the unit is not plugged into a power source to see if the unit will unlock. You may also use another charging cable and power adapter to see if the unit will charge. While it's extremely uncommon, try to use another wall outlet to be certain that the issue is not with the outlet. For further assistance, please contact our JBL Customer Support.

I waited forever for this to come out and was trying to get myself to like it more than my small wonderboom and for this price save your money and find something else. This was just as good as other product that cost 59.99.
