    Stopped charging 2 months after purchasing. It turns off after 3 seconds because it will not charge.

      Thanks for your feedback. We're here to help with your JBL Xtreme 2. First, please try using other charging cables, power adapters, and other power sources. Next, sand and dirt can get into the charging port, please clean it with compressed air. Lastly, try resetting your unit by pressing and holding the "Volume +" and "Play" buttons for more than three seconds while it is powered on. You may need to 'forget' your unit on your device to pair them again.     Do not buy this speaker. I bought it July 5 2019 and purchased a 2 year protection plan. The speaker quit working exactly 1 week after the plan expired.

    Not bad for 199

    That's right 199, went to my local best buy,a sales rep quoted me 199, jumped right on it,tryed to get two they only had one,great sound, extreme 1 is a bit louder,but upgraded speakers,and Connect+,and water proof how can you go wrong,I get about 13hours,on a full charge,with the volume at 3/4 of the way

    Product was damaged and never worked, now I'm stuck with a faulty speaker from Christmas, never was able to open the package til I got back in town. No warranty or help.

    I was disappointed when we used it for the first time. It wasn't loud enough. I have a small square JBL also that I bought for 30.00 and it sounds louder than this one.

    Shipped without charger so i had to go to best buy in person and they could not find a charger that worked so i had to return it.

    Overall just OK. I thought it would be much louder and have more bass. It also has trouble pairing with my other JBL Charge.

    Its a good speaker for small gatherings but i feel like smaller speakers have the same loudness and could have spent less on them but it was a gift so oh well.

    Still trying to find a happy medium with this product. Purchased 10 speakers to use in a very large area. Verdict is still out on this product.

    Awesome!,should be louder,maybe in an update,backplate stiff to open but the strap clip pries it open just fine

    I’ve had it for less than a year and I’m having troubles with the battery. Have to hit the power button multiple times to get it to turn on. Wish I got the Best Buy warranty protection. We will see if jbl will stick by their product.
