It was perfect for a room or even for outdoor when coupe friends sitting and having fun with wood fire pit, for me it was great for listing some slow old genres Saturday late evening with some close friends, it has perfect bass, not too loud to disturb neighbor when playing at the deck.

This type of speakers is highly recommended because they are very portable, they have an excellent sound system and are special to take with you wherever you want.

Great bass! Big enough for a little backyard bbq without the weight and bulkiness of a bigger speaker. Strap is a plus!

Bought this for my college aged son and he loves it! JBL makes an awesome speaker and this one does not disappoint. This makes about our 9th JBL speaker purchase over the past 5-6 years and only have one speaker out of the 9 that no longer works. Pretty sure that was due to overuse!

My husband is old school so having the strap he loved being able to take it places. Great sound as well.

It’s definitely a bit heavy but it’s got a nice base sound and is very easy to use. It has good sound quality for the price. The battery life is decent,probably about four hours total. You have to charge with a plug from the house

Sound quality is excellent for a portable speaker of this size. Battery life last for half a day non stop use before has to be recharged. Even has a port for you to use the speaker as a phone charger through USB connection. Jbl delivers with their products in my opinion for what you are paying for.

great battery life, the shoulder strap is extremely convenient. excellent bass for a small unit (hear it clearly over a loud hot tub easily) fits in a golf cart tray. the only negative I can speak to is a lack of forward and reverse buttons on the unit jazz, blues, rap, and rock all sound great!

Worth every dollar loud and lasts a long time. Clear crisp audio great for the beach or other social functions.
