I take it with me to the Basketball Court when we play Hoop Sound has full range from hip hop to Tool hard rock Battery last at least 6 hours on full blast might be longer but we only stay about 5-6 hours on the courts Definitely told my friend to get one then we can link up both speakers! Easy to use and connect Bluetooth device. Long lasting recharging battery and great sound.

I use it everywhere from home to on the boat, music is very clear and bass is heard and felt from low end to high end, especially when plugged in. Carry this puppy around everywhere, bottle opener on the strap comes in handy as well. Phone calls are also very clear and the microphone on the speaker is not bad at all. I love my extreme2!

Had another brand before this quality was OK I don't know what a Bose speaker could possibly have that this one doesn't battery life is long sound is perfect and my wife absolutely loves it like it so much about another one for my shop

Speaker is loud, portable and waterproof! Would recommend to anyone looking for those things!

Build quality = great Design = good Sound quality = good Cost = good Design comment: It have been better if it came with built in handle to carry it instead of just the strap it came with. Sound Quality Comment: Sound is evenly distributed between hi, mid, n low range. Bass is good but not great. Volume is good but gets a little kinda 'eh' at max volume. Price comment: Yeah, it is a good buy for its cost

As someone who came of age in the 90’s, having a portable, powerful sound system that looked as cool as the music videos was always a dream. This speaker has made it a reality. Easy to connect, nearly indistructible, great, powerful sound all in a fashionable casing. It’s been a great asset for pool parties, living room jam sessions and impromptu park visits. Very versatile and I highly recommend.

As a DJ for 25 years most small speakers don’t impress me. This JBL Xtreme 2 is simply impressive. The base it gives off compared the Lower models like the charge 2 and the flip 5, if you where considering them is second to none. It is bigger and less compact, but if your looking for crystal clear sound and great bass this speaker is fir you.

Great sound quality and battery life would buy again

This speaker sounds great, it has excellent bass output for its size. It is portable and lightweight, and just the right size for your backyard parties. I was lucky enough to catch it on sale so it was very affordable and worth the money.

We got this speaker for the pool area..it isn't loud enough for that. Our pool pump is louder..but if you have it inside it sounds awesome. My husband uses it at his job site and he says its good for that too. I like the strap on it..its good to carry around or hang in a tree..while listening to music. Overall I would recommend it just not for a pool area outside with the pump running..I will say our pool is 30×50.. so we do have a huge pump.

Love this speaker connects with my other JBLs and is super loud use it as my bathroom speaker and when I go out of town iI make sure to take it

This is being used in an auto garage. Connects easily with a phone over WiFi. The sound is clean and projects across the whole garage.

Amazing sound quality. Waterproof so perfect by the pool. The only complaint I have is that the charging panel is hard to open.

My 3rd JBL product and it didn’t disappoint! I bought the boombox a few years ago and it continues to serve us well, but it’s a little bulky for travel or moving around with it. This Xtreme 2 is much better in terms of portability and space. It hits clean high and moderately good lows depending on the type of music you’re listening to. The shoulder strap is a great accessory that adds to its portability. And like the boombox, it’s water resistance works great as we got caught in some rain using at the golf course. No Bluetooth or audio issues and a battery that lasted all afternoon (with plenty of life left) keep us jamming during the weather. Watch for discounts throughout the year as you can save almost 50% around Black Friday and other events.

Definitely a great buy! Holds a long charge. Great base and sound and would definitely buy another one god forbid this one ever stopped working.
