Easy to connect I would like more control on the device, but excellent in amplification to get the best sound you need a good equalizer and a good device 100% recommended

Not what I expected in Volume and Sound quality.

I was looking for something that would work well for rehearsal. We have a group of over 80 students and I feel the volume was close to what was needed, just not quite enough at times. Also it sounded just a bit too tinny and thin for my taste. The other part was it is legitimately heavy, awkwardly shaped and cumbersome to move around with you. I realize they have put a purse strap on it to relieve some of that burden, but when it comes down to it, i would rather a heavier one that has more balance and wheels where I can roll it around.

To increase and have a good quality sound volume on your JBL Xtreme 2, make sure the volume level on your source device and the speaker is on the maximum level. We have a JBL Portable App that will help you to navigate the Equalizer settings of your desired music mode. If these steps do not work, you may try to connect your speaker to other devices to see if the issue lies with the device or to the speaker itself. You can also do a reset by pressing and holding "Volume +" and "Play" for more than 3 seconds. If the issue persists, please contact our customer support at (877) 871-6755 / Mon - Fri: 9:00 am - 11:00 pm (ET) Sat-Sun: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (ET).

The unfortunate part was that i bought it to pair with my 1 year old model, but it is incapable of pairing with it!! I didn’t find out until after the fact, which defeated my original purpose. I didn’t return it because i really do live the sound!

My case I also have the JBL Charge 3... They both sound great together... Goodbye wires, and hello new base booming surround sound!! LOVE IT!!!

It started sounding like speaker was blowing out. So I went with JBL and it sounds AMAZING!! I should of went with JBL to begin with!
