Beautiful speaker’s! Way better then Extreme 1 because I bought both from you guys! Upgraded speakers! Loud bass!

Undoubtedly I am surprised by the fidelity of the equipment. The voices are heard with surprising cleanliness for being a Bluetooth speaker. Some points to consider: 1- the battery lasts a long time. 2- the bass sounds perfect, an intense sound without being exaggerated, it rumbles. 3- very easy to connect and link with the cell phone. 4- the quality of materials is the best; it even comes with three cables depending on the place in the world that is used (they are not three adapters, they are 3 COMPLETE cables). 5- the sound at maximum volume does not distort. 6- able to link a few JBL speakers together and manage through an app. 7- the sound in operation with the power cable gives more volume at maximum than when it is not connected. 8-the strap that comes to move it is handy. 9- It is resistant to falls. 10- it is xp7 for water resistance. 11- Serves as a power bank. 12- Differences from the previous model: there’s an increased driver size which gives it a broader and deeper sound.

The JBL Extreme 2 delivers excellent sound and bass in a small portable and waterproof package. I purchased the speaker to go on a river float trip. I chose the Extreme 2 over the Charge 4 due to sound clarity, volume, and bass. It's 15 hour battery life, and the ipx7 waterproof rating means that it can be fully submerged in three feet of water for up to 30 minutes. The speaker performed beautifully and withstood being dropped in water. Two phones can connect simultaneously and you can DJ back to back. You can also link up to 100 speakers using the JBL connect app. The phone charging feature does not work well. It would take 15 hours to charge a Galaxy S8+ using the speaker. I take this speaker everywhere now. Overall this was an excellent purchase.

This little speaker provides really impressive sound, and even more impressive low frequency effect, for a portable speaker. Now you pay for it, as this guy wasn't cheap by any means. But it is durable, waterproof, and loud...the three most important things for my college son and his dormmates.

This is definitely the best portable speaker I’ve ever had ! It’s simple, easy to connect to Bluetooth and sounds fantastic. Quite durable as I haul it around a bunch. I forgot and left it outside a couple of times and it got rained on. No problem as it seems to be totally waterproof. I definitely recommend it !

Perfect speaker for bass and loud music! I’ve had it for a few months now, and it’s durable, has been tested in the rain, the charge lasts long, and takes almost no time to get a full charge. Plus, you can use it while it charges, unlike other speakers.

These things sound great! After owning one for a little while, I decided to get a second Xtreme 2 to take tailgating and use around the house. It's nice that you can connect other JBL speakers together. The sound is amazing, has nice bass. The battery is great, it will last all day on a charge, no problem. I used it at the beach for several hours a day, 4 days in a row on a single charge, still had some juice. It's very durable. Again I used it at the beach for several days, just tossed it on the sand and it did a good job of keeping the sand out of its small crevices. I even got a little tipsy one day and tossed it in the pool while playing music to test out its water resistance, worked like a charm.

I bought this speaker recently, with covid policies still in place at my local BB. I was going to go in and listen and compare the eXtreme 2 with the JBL boomox, but they weren't letting people inside to browse, only pick up purchases or say what they wanted at the door. I decided that with the savings on the line, I would return to my car and so some investigating. After a little research, I made my choice, and I'm glad I did. First and most importantly, this thing sounds great- I took it with me today on an outdoor adventure, and loved every minute of it. The battery life was incredible, I still have one bar of life after 7.5 hours of use at near Max volume. In case you would like to know why I chose this instead of the boombox (price aside): 1. Significantly lighter in weight and arm strap makes for easy traveling (boombox is an extra 15lbs vs 6lbs) 2. Can pair with all original JBL speakers, including my flip 4 (if you didn't know, the boombox only links with the "party" line of speakers) 3. Has better battery life at high volume then the boombox (bigger speaker uses more power) I don't know about the bass levels for the boombox- but I think that if you're not listening to dubstep or any music that relies on lows, this will meet and surpass your expectations. Hope this helps any interested future buyers. I am very very satisfied with my purchase.

Exactly what I needed! I waited such a long time before I bought the right speaker for my home. I'm so glad I did wait because I got this on sale at just $199. And it's the right size to fit my small space. It's good and loud, just the way I like it. And I love the removable strap that it comes with; makes carrying it that much more easier without fear of dropping it. And it is waterproof too! Whew! I'm beyond happy with my purchase.

This thing kicks like an actual boom box! Bass is amazing, sound quality it awesome and it gets plenty loud. Bluetooth range is decent, could be better but not terrible. Had it playing at a moderate volume all afternoon and late into the night without even running low on battery. But when it does run low, you have to use an old style power block with round plug instead of usb charger. Dare I say better than UE Megaboom? Quite possibly!

So far so good. Speaker is very loud outdoors, very rugged exterior you can tell it can withstand the elements. Bass is off the charts not to mention the focus on the treble which not many Bluetooth speakers do, sound quality is crisp and clear. The battery life also seems to hold very well, haven't done detailed test on the full charge but all in all very impressed and happy with this purchase.

The sound is excellent. I cant have too much loud sound in my apartment, this is perfect for the space. Even have it connected to my TV. Very portable for beach and pool days and the battery lasts a long time!!

Great sound. Rich base. I love this speaker. Turn up volume without distortion. I use this in my basement for my workouts mostly, but i also will use it out on the deck, or anywhere really. Battery life has been excellent too.

Ive had my JBL for a good 5 years and its still my favorite all time speaker! Loud and clear! Love the sound. We use it on pool and boat days! Keeps charge for a long time without recharging.
