I waited forever for this to come out and was trying to get myself to like it more than my small wonderboom and for this price save your money and find something else. This was just as good as other product that cost 59.99.

Very disappointed and our return date was 1/16/22 which has now passed by 10 days.

Posted .Here are some things to try that often fix these issues. Try disconnecting the cable from your product and re-inserting it. Sand or dirt can get into the product’s charging port. Check the port. Clean if needed with compressed air or a toothpick. See if the power jack can be wiggled and if wiggling makes the LED light up, even if only briefly.
