Amazing Sound! Super amazing bass and vocals quality would buy again.

Incredible speaker. No issues yet and I’ve had it for a few month. Great step up if you want something a little louder then the smaller version but still portable. The shoulder strap makes it so you can take this thing anywhere without a hassle. Also, it’s waterproof.

I take this everywhere now. It's the best size, maybe a little smaller than a 2L bottle, and it has a shoulder strap. Actually bought this for a float down the river and 4th of July party, no issues. They make larger speakers, like boom boxes, but that seemed like overkill on the power, and not as portable. You may be able to get away with a smaller speaker like a Link or Flex, especially for personal use, but this speaker will fill a room with quality sound. The only thing this speaker doesn't have is digital assistant/wifi. You'll have to look at the more expensive Sonos or the smaller Link.

I stand by the notion that JBL has the best bang for your buck when it comes to speakers, and this one is no different. My one criticism I have for it is the range for bluetooth is not as great as the Charge. For most insances its a non-issue, just know it’ll get choppy if you try to listen to music while doing chores around the house with your phone in your pocket.

Purchased this in place of the smaller ones that I returned. decided this one wasn’t worth the extra 200. Returned this one. Bought 2 of the smaller ones installed the app to make separate channels sounds great if you can keep them paired. I may try 2 of these and see if they stay paired. If not I will return. Don’t get me wrong the sound is amazing but I need 2 for my setup.

I have been seriously impressed with this speaker. It is very rugged, I have been caught in the rain, brought it to the beach in the sand, and used it in cold winter weather. It has worked flawlessly in every situation. The battery life is long, super long. I can go days, even a week without charging. It has a USB port on back so you can charge devices from the battery, it’s slow but handy in a situation outdoors with no outlets nearby. It comes with a carry strap which is super handy for when you are hiking out to a spot. Overall I am super impressed.

This little Boom-Box is a must have. It’s definitely worth the sticker price and when paired with other JBL devices it immediately becomes the perfect surround sound system from my side-by-side, to relaxing around a campfire.

Love it, use it everyday. It sounds great . I've had it a month and only charged it twice.

The JBL Extreme 2 sounds great, looks nicer than extreme 3, sounds just as good

Sounds great has a rich and deep tone sounds like a system on your shoulders.

We paired with our blu-ray dvd projector and can sit anywhere around the pool, just pick up and move. Sound is more then enough and the battery will outlast us

This thing really kicks. Great bass. Fills a room with sound. Definitely would buy again. Got a black Friday deal, so a good value. Had hard time opening up charging door the first time.

Compact portable speaker. Great with Bluetooth or plugged in from my phone. Holds a full charge for a long time.
