Very disappointed and our return date was 1/16/22 which has now passed by 10 days.

Posted .Here are some things to try that often fix these issues. Try disconnecting the cable from your product and re-inserting it. Sand or dirt can get into the product’s charging port. Check the port. Clean if needed with compressed air or a toothpick. See if the power jack can be wiggled and if wiggling makes the LED light up, even if only briefly. For its size, it is not very loud. I have a smaller JBL speaker which is just as loud. If I had bought it for myself, I would’ve returned it. If you’re looking for loud and booming, this ain’t it.

Next, sand and dirt can get into the charging port, please clean it with compressed air. Lastly, try resetting your unit by pressing and holding the "Volume +" and "Play" buttons for more than three seconds while it is powered on. You may need to 'forget' your unit on your device to pair them again.
