Excellent sound quality Compact and sturdy design I have used it for many trips and all i can say is that its completely worth the price paid Long battery life with usb connection to charge other devices.

Great sound for a medium sized speaker. The battery life is pretty solid too.

Best portable speakers! I typically host parties at my house, go fishing, relax in hot tub and workout with this speaker. Loud, clear and literally can take a beating .

I purchased on sale and coming from a smaller Sony speaker (that stopped working) in comparison this speaker sounds great and has good volume. Sound clarity is very good. For the price point, I am very happy with it.

Very satisfied with this product the speaker is excellent. It being water resistant is a plus makes it perfect for any occasion... the volume is pretty loud at max level I used it for my sons birthday party and it was a great success.

It’s the mist about sound system and battery charger. High quality sound, loud bass and water resistant. I wouldn’t change of mind if I have to get another of this.

JBL- Xtreme 2 portable Bluetooth speaker has great sound and ease of use. Seems to be durable. Purchased to use outside and the speaker has been more than capable to hear all around the yard and patio.

Very solid design and build. I imagine it would sound great playing the type of music the young'ns are into these days. I'm 58 years old and enjoy Bach, Vivaldi and Handel, maybe some big band like Glenn Miller. The bass on this beast is GREAT - but a bit overwhelming for some Brandenburg Concerti or some Four Seasons. The sound in whole is deep and rich but to the point that it over powers the higher pitches, in particular female voices. I have tinnitus and already have trouble hearing higher frequencies. If you want a beast of a speaker that's built like a battleship and almost weighs as much, this is the speaker for you. It's strong and powerful but may lack a little finesse for some types of music.

Absolutely love this JBL speaker for its quality and size. Sure, you could go bigger, but it really isn't necessary with this one. I'm a bit of an audiophile and I very much appreciate great sound quality. For the money, I'm happy with this speaker. The included shoulder strap is quite handy as well.

Great sound though it could be a bit more clear/sharper- overall great for the value. It is heavier than expected - not so light or comfortable to carry.

Purchased this when it was on sale for $150. Wish I’d bought two so we could run them in stereo. Really decent sounding unit for that price. Wouldn’t pay full retail price for it though.

We LOVE our JBL speakers. This one in particularly is awesome due to its portability and sound quality. We use it all the time and use it to connect to our JBL boombox so both speakers work together.

Pros: Easy to connect, very clear sound, rich bass, works with my google home system, easy to travel with. Cons: not super loud (but plenty loud for small get-togethers/parties).

The sound of the JBL Xtreme 2 Portable Bluetooth Speaker is really good. It's a little big but I am using it at home and not really transporting it anywhere so it works for me. One thing that I had problems with was getting the port open to recharge the speaker. It was way to hard to open. Other than that, I am a satisfied customer.

Love the sound quality and the ease of use. Definitely a must have for any get together.

Amazing!!! Nice and loud but still clear, crisp... not muddy. This speaker is so compact for its sound!! Is loud enough for probably a decent sized party, highly recommend, worth the money!!!
