Saw this on sale for Black Friday/Cyber Monday and had to pick it up for my wife! This thing rocks! Very good sound for size and very loud. Able to charge your electronic devices as well on the go. Would Recommend .

Is a gray waterproof speaker very easy to carry wonderful sound long battery life basically all you need for a nice arm pool party or you say family afternoon at home or simply to enjoy your favorite music at anytime

Bought the JBL Extreme as a gift last Christmas for my son. I already own a Bose Mini which is what I was going to purchase for him but spent just a little more and I'm glad I did. Bigtime quality product with exceptional bass. My son is pumped and loves his Extreme. If you don't mind a little larger speaker than a Boss Mini and spending a few more dollars then this JBL Extreme is the ticket. It ROCKS !!!

I had to pick between a couple different bluetooth speakers and I am 100% satisfied with my choice. The sound quality is great and it is portable. It goes with me fishing, hunting or to work. It also works great as a speaker phone.

I love my new JBL Extreme! This thing can [over]fill the biggest of rooms with its expected bass (it's a JBL after all) and rich sound. I love that you can use the JBL Connect function and link multiple speakers, although I haven't actually tried it yet (my friend has one too). The only reason for the missing star on my review is that I haven't found a way (with an app or otherwise) to adjust the sound levels (i.e. an equalizer). Some of the competitors products have that ability and it would be a welcome bonus. Other than that I would definitely recommend this powerfully portable JBL driver.

Bought this to be the sound system in our 1972 Datsun pickup. Needed something loud enough to hear over the engine and this little speaker didn't disappoint. The sound and base are impressive for it's size.

We love the speaker its size is very easy to hide and its loud just the way we like it .Its great for parties or just when we are hanging out at home with the family .

This Bluetooth speaker has awesome sound deep bass and good volume. Easy to connect and will charge you phone too.

I love this speaker! It has great sound quality and awesome bass. It’s portability makes it convenient to travel with for picnics, parties or gatherings. With it being splashproof, it’s perfect for the pool, lake or on the boat. I also love there are USB ports so I can charge my phone while streaming music to it. I highly recommend this speaker!

I had a chance to compare this speaker to other speakers that were on display at Best Buy. This JBL was the best with no other speaker coming even close. All of the JBL speakers (from low to highest in price) that were on display had better sound quality than the other brands. The sound quality that comes out of this speaker will blow you away. Drop in at Best Buy and do your own test. I'm sure you will agree with me.

This speaker or speakers beats the Bose in base and sound. The charge or battery last several days and I even charged my phone with it. It will thump a room and beats every little tiny speaker system I have been around. I do not have any negative comments. We have been using it for about 3 months. Charges fast and will work while plugged in. We usually max out the volume and the charge last forever. Even talk on the phone via the speaker. No prob getting it wet.

My son (age 14) researched this speaker and knew this was the one he wanted. The end pulses with the bass, not to mention that the sound is awesome! Convenient size for taking it with you.

This is exactly what I was looking for. Sound is great and the speaker is so much louder than most portable speakers.

This speaker is a great addition to my beach supplies. It has enough sound to fill an entire backyard too. The bass is clear and very present: perfect for bassheads. When you crank it up the sound doesn't distort and will last for HOURS on a full charge. The unit might be unwieldy for users with small hands, but the provided strap is strong and doesn't get in the way. I cannot wait to pair this to another jbl speaker and enjoy sound from different angles

I seem to have a collection of about 10 mediocre BT speakers. They sound ok, but pretty flat and not that loud. I decided to get rid of a bunch and get one nice speaker. Enter the Xtreme. I love this speaker. it sounds great with plenty of bass and gets LOUD. Battery life is great (I've had it over a year and it still holds a charge). One complaint...AC charger, I wish it could be charged via USB

Wanting a good bluetooth speaker I had a choice, either the Beats Pill or this the JBL Xtreme. I chose this after a side by side listening sample!! And I do not regret the purchase. It has great sound and suprisingly good bass!! And for its price in my opinion is better than the Beats!! Pairing it to my iPhone went smoothly. Just wish maybe I had purchased two and chain it together!! It’s that good!!

I bought this speaker cause I was looking for great sound quality and something i could simply have laying around the house and still hear my music throughout it, the sound is amazing crisp and clear and even if you’re out and about it has amazing battery power also a great portable charger if needed. With 2 usb slots it’s such a handy device to have and carry with you. Highly recommend this speaker.

Just as good if not better then beats pill xl. Have 2 extremes and pills the extreme pairs much easier together then the pill, also has more bass
