It works very well in my car even with the windows down. I also wanted to have something that I could hear over the noise of my off road utility vehicle (side-by-side), which it does an adequate job for. It is also durable, as long as you don't poke the speakers on either side.

Great sound, poor long term battery life

Would have given 5 stars if the battery had lasted longer. It will no longer hold a charge after using for less than a year. Other than that, it is a very good speaker. Maybe mine was just defective, but I would recommend getting the extended warranty.

Nice sounding Bluetooth speaker

I've seen other Bluetooth speakers a little more pricey, but I think this is the best bang for your buck. Will purchase another in the future to use it's "party mode" feature and link speakers simultaneously around the home.
