I was looking for a Portable speaker that can be used indoor/outdoors with great sound and the JBL Extreme gives out great sound for parties and music from my iPhone using bluetooth, 15 hours of playtime and has a splashproof case.

I've always liked the jbl speakers. They make a superior product and this another wonderful Bluetooth speaker. Grand daughter took this one and I'm going back to get another one for me !

Best Bluetooth speaker I have run across. Sound is by far the best I've heard. Battery last longer than expected. Not sure if I just a good one but I've put it through the ringer. I've had it for 2 years and it been from parties to kayaking down the WI river to camp on islands in the Gulf of Mexico to offroading in my Side by Side. It's been rIned on tossed like a football out the side by side and drug through the sand. Still working perfect. Battery still lasting. I've researched the next generation 2's and doubt it will be this reliable. Almost bought 1 because my wife wanted mine instead of her Marshall. I understand too because hers looked cute. I don't buy a speaker for looks as you can't hear how cute it is.

This speaker is awesome. Sounds great. Gets a lot of compliments on the sound. Works great by the pool, office, beach, desert ect... would definitely recommend! Charge lasts fairly well for the sound it puts out. Super easy setup and connection.

Really like the sound of this speaker! No problems with Bluetooth

Absolutely love this speaker. I can not say enough good things about it. First of all ... the sound is incredible and fills up the house. Clear and deep. All the other stuff is super cool to. It connects to the phone quick and is easy to manage. I love being able to charge my phone from this speaker. It's waterproof and you can connect multiple jbl speakers to it and they don't have to be the same type.

I bought this with the intent to install it in a small box (to hold the speaker) on my RZR. It works great! I have installed big stereo systems in UTVs for a number of customers but on my RZR I decided to just use a blue tooth speaker so I could use it also in the kitchen, working in the yard, and of course the RZR. Hook up is bulletproof and the sound is really good with GREAT BASS! I also bought an extra protection holder when it is playing in the RZR. The battery life is excellent too. If you want the best portable speaker with big bass sound and that can handle outdoor situations (water, dust, vibration, etc.) this one is it!

My quick review on the short time I have had this Pros: -Great sound, I can't stress this enough -Very portable, I have used this all over my house, garage, and even in the car when I had a crappy rental Cons: -I can see the fabric on the outside getting ripped up, maybe, if it gets snagged on something -The battery is said to not last long, but I haven't had a problem yet, I leave mine off the charger for a couple weeks at a time and use it every day. Great speaker, as far as the battery goes, I bought the Best Buy warranty along with it, which will cover the battery for up to 2 years. If it goes out, they replace it with a new one or newer model. I feel like that will be good for me.

Superior sound, nice size, not to big. I really like it.

This is by far the best Bluetooth speaker I have ever owned and heard. The bass is so deep, still the mids and highs are great. Battery life is fantastic as well. even at low volume levels outside near my pool I can feel the bass.

This speaker is awesome. I like the blue tooth feature. I can use it without my phone being tethered it. And it's loud! This thing bumps even at 25% volume. With a long battery life it doesn't have to be tethered to the wall either.
