I purchased this because a friend of mine had one and I thought it was great

great speaker i needed a replacement for my beats pill xl due to recall. the speaker sounds great and lasts long time on charge i got 2 they connect together and work well for stereo sound

It has good sound but we thought it would put out a little better volume. We have the charge 3 and it isn’t much louder than that. We still love the product.

I own a bose portable devise. I bought this for a friend and I'm very impressed by how loud it can get. at lower setting it has too much Bass which is undesirable. at higher volumes, the bass blends in with the rest of the sound. at high volume it doesn't produce too much distortion, which is impressive. It does not have a remote :( overall it is a great buy. much loader than the smaller version.

Compare to all the others I’ve had, this is the best all around.

JBL xtreme sounds great love it better then Dre beats pill LX .

Excellent everything. Sound and Bass is clear and strong. Sounds like a stereo, battery last long time. Always use for music and movies. We use our phones, tablets and PC with it. Better then your other type of speakers for same price.

Very impressed with the sound quality of this portable speaker.

The JBL choice was a good one. The sound is powerful, clear and the battery is long lasting...the only thing is portability although sort of mid size it's difficult to hold as is round and the only way to handle it is with a belt (included)

The sound is clear and not to loud the speaker is a nice size considering he has to carry it around. I don't know about the battery and how it holds up because as I stated it's not for me. He hasn't any complaints so I guess it's a winner.

Purchased this speaker for the beach and pool while on vacation with friends in Florida. Everyone was so impressed that my friend went and bought one too. Crisp, quality sound that throws out a lot of volume. Worth the price tag!

This speaker is really awesome. I have two of them working in sync and they sound fantastic. The low-end is superb and it does not distort when the volume is raised. Also, the battery life is great. I would absolutely recommend this speaker.

100% satisfaction , lots of bass, great design and very rugged

Sound quality is clear and has awesome bass. I've tried many of competitors bose, jawbone, you name it. JBL has them beat. I tote this thing every where I go. Battery life is great too.

Had to replace my two year old beats pill xl and tried a few option but nothing compared. This one is slightly louder, crisp sound at full volume and I do not have to carry around a cable since the charge lasts a full 8 hour work shift.
