Great speaker for the price- sound quality is good. Bass is decent too.

We have two of the JBL Extremes and we love them. We pair them together for big parties at our pool or just use one for smaller gatherings. You do need to keep them within a certain distance of each other and your phone. They connect to our music wirelessly on our phones and we usually have Pandora going. You can also charge your phone from the jbl itself. The only downside we have had is when it is foggy the wireless reception can be a little funky.

I bought this for my work truck so I could play music from my MP3 player. This has enough power and ample bass to put out quite a nice sound. I am satisfied and would recommend this product.

I can take it from room to room with me and it is great for exercising and partying.

The JBL Xtreme, at $299.95, is not cheap or petite, but it's probably the most powerful, truly portable speaker we've tested in a while, and bass lovers will not be disappointed. Throw in speakerphone functionality and a splash-proof design, and the Xtreme has plenty going for it. There's also plenty of digital signal processing, which helps prevent any distortion at high volumes, but might throw off some purists. Most listeners, however, will be impressed by the Xtreme's audio performance.

This is by far one of the better Bluetooth speakers I have ever owned.Clean clear sound and decent bass reflex. Great for working outdoors and doing chores around the house.
