Not what I expected

I purchased the UE Megaboom instead. And really recommend the UE Megaboom for its great sound, bass, and good size.

Great outdoor speaker

I put up with their limitations for a while but had an urge to upgrade. Bought this and man does it deliver - great full range sound, nice bass, and loud! At just under 50% volume it filled our backyard with AWESOME sound. It does tend to have more bass than mids and highs, but what a difference from the two other speakers mentioned earlier. Can't believe how far Bluetooth speakers have come along, packing big sound from a small package. Overall, I'm very impressed with the JBL Xtreme which was a little more than I wanted to spend but definitely well worth it. Like many have implied or mentioned; if you're on the fence and have the bugdet you won't be disappointed.

Not enough volume it’s quiet

Was great - unfortunately it didn't last very long

No problems for the first year while it was under warranty. Then 2 months out of warranty the speaker started crackling and popping. Its pretty much useless now. Looking to replace the unit but am weary of purchasing JBL again.

Doesn't work, returning it to the store
