The volume output and battery life of this little speaker are amazing. This is actually my second speaker, the first one I purchased stopped taking a charge due to accidental...and unidentifiable damage to the pin in the charging Jack.

I originally had the smaller one that is water-proof, but needed something louder, so I moved up to this one. I was kind of disappointed that this one wasn't Water-proof too but was excited about how loud it was. Its nice, loud, and hits...just not that hard. A little bass, but not much.

This is one of our favorite purchases. We have the charge 2 but this extreme is even better. I definitely love this Great base and sound

This is not the first jbl speaker that I have purchased but certainly the best. Great sounding and performing speaker

It is large so I would not want it as a carry around. But the sound is worth if for a Patio or party speaker. Much better then the smaller version.

Great speaker. We take to the beach and it's amazing. We charge our cell phones at the same time. All our friends are impressed with the sound.

It's pretty freaking loud I have confidence saying that haves bettere sound then the bose I personal took my bose sound link III and trade it for the jbl

The JBL is small, but very powerful! We use it at every family BBQ and the entire backyard is full of clean, clear and crisp music every summer.

I've been a fan of JBL for a long time, I've owned their bluetooth speakers for years. This speaker sounds great, but I do have a complaint. One of the reasons I upgraded to this speaker was the multiple speaker wireless connection. It works...sometimes. When ever I hook up multiple speakers, the connection cuts out and gets interrupted and the music pauses itself. Pretty upset about that, but overall, as a stand alone speaker, in my opinion, you can't beat it.

This speaker packs some major punch and I consider one of the best purchases I have made this year. If you're on the fence about getting it, don't be!

When i first connected my phone via bluetooth I was not expecting it to be that good, it was more than what I've ask for. Impressive. Easy connect with my phone's bluetooth. The only thing that I've noticed is that it disconnect easily when a call or text is received.

Large speaker provides booming but still clear sound...I have been through 2 Pulse 3 speakers and glad I added this to the family...

Got this for my dad he works constuction and he loves how easy it is to set up and its loud enough to hear over him working.

Love how loud and clear the music plays. Also love the added bonus of being able to connect it to other JBL speakers for more surround sound!

I bought this speaker to join to another jbl extreme. You can join them together to create double the sound. Great quality too. Recommend over bose

I've had a few Bluetooth speakers before and this is the best by far. The sound quality is awesome. People are always asking what kind of speaker is that.

Wasn't glad to taje advantage of the Black Friday sale as I have enjoyed the Charge 3 speaker but wanted something w/more bass!
