Once Happy, Now Sad

The sound is awesome and the battery did indeed last for 15 hours. However just a few days ago I noticed that the red light would blink for charging sooner than before. So I timed it. After a full charge today at 1 PM I unplugged it from the juice and at 4:30 PM the red light began blinking indicating it needed to be charged. That is totally raggedy for a battery to go from 15 hours to 3 1/2 after only a year of use is ridiculous. Especially for this price! There has also been moments when after I turn the speaker off it comes back on, on its own! Saddened and disappointed I would not recommend this product.

Posted .Sorry to hear of this problem you are having. Please try one of these options to possibly resolve what you are experiencing with the XTREME.
- Disconnect cabling and unpair/disconnect any devices which may be paired/connected Bluetooth. Allow the battery to completely discharge. Apply the power source and allow the battery to charge completely.
- Check or download the latest software for the XTREME via JBL Connect app.
If none of these things work, please submit a request at www.jbl.com/contactus and the Customer Service team will be more than happy to further assist you.
