broke down so fast not even a year

Had to return a speaker didn’t work

With the unit unplugged, press and hold the power button for 30 seconds. You may also try a different cable or adapter, lastly, test on another wall outlet. If the issue persists, you have the option to return the unit within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. You can either return it to the authorized seller or contact us at (877) 871-6755 to request a return for refund. Our hotline opens from Mon - Fri: 9:00 am - 11:00 pm (ET) Sat-Sun: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (ET).

ok but not the best

Posted .We always recommend that there be a clear line of sight between the connected devices to ensure a stable connection with your Xtreme 3 and your phone. Please note that blockages like walls and other wireless signals can cause interference which can interfere with the connection also. Not worth for the price

Garbage

Owned for 4 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was a fan of JBL because I own a Flip 5 so I figured I wanted a bigger one for the bedroom, the first one I bought I sent it back because it kept disconnecting from whatever device I was connected to, now the new one does the same every 5 minutes or so, never again will I purchase another JBL VERY EXPENSIVE PAPERWEIGHT!!!

Posted .Thanks for taking the time to provide feedback on our JBL Xtreme 3. The costant disconnection from the speaker could be due to interference with other wireless signals. Please ensure a clear line of sight between the speaker and the source and shut down unused Bluetooth products nearby. Verify if the issue continues across different music applications and devices. You can also try resetting the JBL Xtreme 3 by Pressing and holding the "Volume +" and "Play" for more than 3 seconds. while the speaker is powered on. If the issue continues, please reach out to our customer support team for more assistance.

App needs work.

Problem with battery

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.JBL is my favorite brand for speakers But this model I had a bad experience specifically with the battery it took long to change and then it didn’t las long charge called customer service and told me how to reset the speaker and it worked great for two days and did again and I reset it again And now it didn’t change the battery So I returned back to store after a week of use

Big price, Big disappointment

For the size and the price you would think it would be amazing sound and bass. After testing it on 6 different types of musical styles the it was less the sub par. Took back the same day.

Just buy the extreme 2 instead

It’s not compatible with the extreme 2 also you can answer your phone on it. I bought this because two of my friends have the 2 and I wanted to sync up with them and didn’t find out until it was too late and I was out of the return policy timeline. Basically wasted my money

To determine if the problem is in the source device or the speaker, try connecting the speaker to a different device. If the issue persists, please do a factory reset by pressing and holding the volume (+) and pause/play buttons for 5-6 seconds while the speaker is On. If you need more help, please contact our customer support.
