Sounds great, but cloth already coming loose.

Best Buy said their exchange policy is only 14 days and would not let me get a new one. Can't see myself buying from Best Buy again over Amazon if I have that little buyer protection.

JBL Xtream 3 not so extreme

The connection and audio issues can be resolved by doing a factory reset, here's how to do it: with the speaker turned on, press and hold the volume + and Pause/Play buttons for 5-6 seconds until the speaker turns off. If the issue persist, you may reach out to our customer support.
Not water proof
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Took to the river. Had no more than maybe 2 inches of water under it while in the float. Played fine. Worked great. Went home after it died. Never charged again. Talked to my cousin who had the JBL Xtreme 2. Sure the exact same thing happened to him. For nearly $300 bucks wasn't worth it.

To maintain the looks and functions of your speaker, please make sure to rinse it with fresh water after using it at a swimming pool or the ocean, then dry off all covers and areas where water can gather. Please be aware that water damages are not included in the warranty coverage. We suggest bringing it to our authorized service centers near your area for repair.
