Posted .This is not what we want you to experience with our JBL Xtreme 3. If your speaker is not charging, please try another charging cable and power adapter. You may also try using a different wall outlet to ensure that the issue is not with the outlet. Sand and dirt can get into the product's charging port. Clean the charging port with compressed air, and ensure that the power rating of the adapter is 2 amps or higher. For further assistance, please contact our customer support.

Just buy the extreme 2 instead

It’s not compatible with the extreme 2 also you can answer your phone on it. I bought this because two of my friends have the 2 and I wanted to sync up with them and didn’t find out until it was too late and I was out of the return policy timeline. Basically wasted my money

Posted .Thanks for your inquiry. Please try to unpair and pair your JBL Xtreme 3 from your source device. To determine if the problem is in the source device or the speaker, try connecting the speaker to a different device. If the issue persists, please do a factory reset by pressing and holding the volume (+) and pause/play buttons for 5-6 seconds while the speaker is On. If you need more help, please contact our customer support.
