Ready made cords were too short or the length of this one-25".(People must want to walk around while on the phone.) It works fine, but too long. It is starting to kink. Wish I had the know-how to shorten this cord and customize to the length I need.

Thought I wouldn't be able to find a product like this since who has corded phones anymore?! But Best Buy always has what my business needs!

My mother-in-law had a long phone cord that caused static on the line. This fixed the problem.

It's difficult to write a review on a cord that you just plug in to your handset and main phone. It either works or it doesn't, so far this one works.
