I need to get the old vinal off the shelf get it out of the box and use it.

Nice unit to play all the old records on. Good for the people who don't use a pc to hear the old music.

Sounds good ...arm needs a counterbalance so it doesnt skip on scrached records

This item was suggested to be returned and not accepted. I purchased in Portland, found it to be an item I can’t use. Dealer said it was shipped but to not accept. Next step is to get a refund. Thank you.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my boyfriend. After he hooked it up, the record player produces no sound (although the radio works, so we know that it's hooked up correctly). After hours of trying to fix it, we decided to return it to the store. Even though I ordered it from bestbuy.com and even picked it up at the Best Buy store, I cannot return it to the store. We are waiting on an elusive email from a third party company that will theoretically allow us to return it. Days later and multiple calls and there has been no email. This is essentially a large $80 radio or sculpture at this point. Don't waste your money on this product.

Player is perfect combo unit. I wasn't excepting much from the built in speakers which do suck like everyone else is saying. For the price, I'll just hook up my computer speaker system for better sound.

If I could give this product no stars, I would. I don't expect amazing things for the price, but I did expect it to work. My son was so excited to play a record on this after his got it as a christmas gift, and all it did was skip. Very frustrating.

Reviewed online prior to purchase and it is living up to expectations. Receiver/radio is weak; cheap antenna. Over good buy for the price.

if you want to listen to records from past days this is the record player for you. well worth the money quality sound.

It's an Ok product to listen to music. It's low when connected to a sound system.

Right out of the box, this player made the records sound warped. I thought it actually was the records, but using another proved the malfunction was with this turntable. Save your time and money for a quality product.

Apparently couldn't handle the weight of an album. Slowed down so much it was unplayable.

Good quality all-in-one record player with speakers & radio.

I bought this for my son who likes vynil music. I was disappointed on Best Buy even carrying this product - it has a tiny sound - the best that I can describe it is a built-in laptop speaker sound. The conversion feature seems like a good idea, only the converted sound is also tiny weeny! I played through my home theater, which usually listen on level 30-40 and is loud. I had to crank it up to 70 to hear something and it was not good sound either.. The unit is build of cheap plastic, the cartridge and needle look like made of plastic also. ... but the worst: Best Buy considers this item a "special order", which means that I could not return it at the store where I picked it up. I called their customer service, was told that a return shipping label was going to be emailed within a couple of hours ... and I still waiting. Bad service. I ended up buying an Ion turntable, which I really like but has to be hooked to an amplifier and speakers at an additional cost.
