This is a great turntable for the money with a lot of high-end features.

Received unit within 3 days. Hooked to phono jacks on receiver - no sound. Checked to be sure it was securely plugged in and even tested with a 2nd set of cables. Called tech support. After a long time on hold, tech told me that unit can't be plugged into phono jack - must use aux jack. (Why? - tech didn't know) Finally able to get sound but had static. After playing with the cable and then using another cable I had, realized the turntable has a bad rca jack. If I jiggle the jack a bit, I can get rid of the static but it did return. Jostled jack again and static went away. On the PC (laptop) side, the instructions are written well for Win7 but not for Win8. Took a while to get that figured out because of the differences in the OSes but now have sound through Win8 laptop. Audacity install was smooth. Unit works but with a bad jack. You would think also that a phonograph would be able to be plugged into the phono jacks on a good receiver (Onkyo). Tech was unable to explain why it won't work. I expected much better from Jensen for $150.00. Most likely am returning unit.

First delivery - cracked case in box (not BB fault). Second delivery - missing all the accessories and instructions in box. Third delivery - finally got a "working" unit, however I could not get the needle to advance on the record (even when shifting the weight and changing all settings). Hooked up to aux jack on my sound system and barely any sound came out. Would not suggest this unit.

For the price of the unit I have no problem with it but it's not a 1000 dollar one . Only can't adjust this puth control but used an app to adjust it ok I guess
