The phone battery worked great from the first use.

No issues, just like it came out of the factory, fresh.

I am one of the few people that still has a land line, we have an older model cordless phone / answering machine. The battery went dead and I was pleased that Best Buy had the needed battery for my antique phone. The price of the battery was a little steep but cheaper than replacing the entire unit.

I had to replace the battery for my landline; and although I rarely use the home phone, it's a backup if the cell phone is out of commission; or I would rather speak to a business establishment on a landline.

I pulled out an old phone I wanted to start using and the battery was dead. I purchased this replacement, it charged up great and I have had no problems with it. This was way cheaper than buying a new phone.

Glad to find replacement batteries at the store for my cordless phone. It was expensive, though. Since I had more than one extension with a dead battery, it might have been cheaper just to buy a new set of phones.

Found that my portable phone in the condo here in FL was dead. Since I didn't want to replace and trash the phone, the battery, which cost almost as much as the phone was replace.

I have had this cordless phone for several years and it works well. I have had to replace the battery more than once and I can count on Best Buy to have the replacement battery on hand.

Best Buy had the right phone batteries that I was looking for. I had shopped at other stores and they didn’t carry them, but Best Buy had them and had plenty of them in stock.

I would recommend getting a new phone instead of paying 26.00. It didn't hold a charge for after24 hrs.. you couldn't hear the peoplle talk.suggest by another phone.

I'm glad a customer service rep helped me choose between 2 identical-looking batteries for a cordless phone. We had gotten some generic ones at Fry's, but Best Buy beat that price by a country mile, for they always ask if they can find the lowest price on-line for you (usu. Amazon) The phones are still acting a little quirky, but they are pretty old now.. The batteries fit, but are more stuffed into the compartment than the original ones.

Looking for a replacement battery for my land line phones. Since Radio Shack went out of business in my area, the next best solution was Best Buy.

I like how the package had the adapter easy to reach so I could try it in my phone to make sure I had the right one before I bought it.

I'm glad I had a staff member help me decide between 2 identical-looking mobile phone batteries. I wanted to keep my old mobile phones because the sound was so much clearer on them. Pro: Best Buy matched the on-line Price (Amazon) - amazing offer! Con: 1) battery seems too large - is literally stuffed into battery compartment 2) Not sure it's working - the phone I put the battery in is still dying quickly.
