Excellent Phone Line Splitter
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Since DSL Filters that have one spot for a home phone (Land) line and one spot for a DSL connection are hard to find, this splitter helped me to accomplish the same purpose as a workaround. I plugged my home phone into one of the splitter's ports and the DSL filter into another and then plugged the splitter into the phone jack.

Needed for Fax Machine

I did not want the expense of a second phone line just to send faxes. My brother (who installed my fax machine) had me buy this item so that my phone line can be used for the phone as well as for the fax machine. My brother says the item is too expensive for what it is, but I am able to fax what I need to and I can use my phone without the expense of having two phone lines.

It works just fine

I used the triplex jack to connect the cord from the wall to the phone bases. I could have used just a duplex jack but the triplex jack gives me more flexibility if needed. The triplex jack works just fine.
