It is practical for safe speed, while still providing the excitement of keeping up with the older boys on bigger E-bikes. Love the folding of the bike for travel and storage and will buy this bike 10Xs over for a young boy or girl.

Easy to put together right out of the box. Speed is not too fast and not to slow for his age. This is his first electric bike I feel like this fits him perfectly for his age.

No shocks makes the ride real rough over little bumps. I don’t believe it will go 15 miles on just throttle but will go a decent ways. And my throttle sticks every now and then

The Jetson support team is always ready to help and answer your questions. I once had a problem with my Bolt Pro and contacted support via email. They responded to me within a few hours and helped me to resolve the issue. I also contacted support via live chat and had a similar experience. They were quick and helpful and helped me to answer my questions quickly. Overall, I am very pleased with Jetson's customer service. They are always there to help and will help you get the most out of your Bolt Pro.
