No shocks makes the ride real rough over little bumps. I don’t believe it will go 15 miles on just throttle but will go a decent ways. And my throttle sticks every now and then

The Jetson support team is always ready to help and answer your questions. I once had a problem with my Bolt Pro and contacted support via email. They responded to me within a few hours and helped me to resolve the issue. I also contacted support via live chat and had a similar experience. They were quick and helpful and helped me to answer my questions quickly. Overall, I am very pleased with Jetson's customer service. They are always there to help and will help you get the most out of your Bolt Pro.

I wish it could go a little further out faster or felt a little safer to ride. The handlebars are ridiculously narrow and the tires are too small for any real off reading. It's perfect for traveling around town but make sure you charge it every time you stop. Literally.
