A bike with problems

Went to ride it the power came on then immediately shuts off. I took the bike right back to Best Buy to exchange it and they said they dint have any more bikes so they refunded my money but charged me $67.50 for returning a broke bike for a restocking fee. I can see if just returned it for no reason but the bike was broke.

Avoid Jetson!!!

He was really only able to use it for 3 months before a known defect became an issue. I contacted Jetson immediately and they were so difficult. Orginally they told me they'd send a new bike as soon as they restocked, that was a lie. For 6 months i was back and forth with them. Never got a replacement and rhey wanted to give me a "possible" gift card for a fraction of what i paid and after I sent back the bike. After some research i found that many people who had the exact issue never got that gidt card. This company is terrible and the customer setbixe was trash for a bike I spent over $400 for. Avoid Jetson at all cost. I wish Best Buy would've been ablet to help with this isue, but I guess it was in the manufacturers hands.

Unhappy customer

I thought it was covered and found out it wasn't. The item doesn't hold a charge. I would like my money back on this item.

DO NOT BUY!!!!!!

Bought 2 for Christmas. 4 months in, one stopped working. Been trying to work with Jetson to fix it under warranty. They have blatantly refused to fix it. Been going on for 4 weeks now. They claim to have "system maintenance" for 4 weeks so they cant file a warranty claim?! What?! Then, they claim to be out of stock so they cant mail me a new bike. I will now be contacting the BBB, CFPB, Attorney General and their corporate office. They DO NOT honor their warranty! Do some online research, I'm not the only one experiencing this.

Pandeling issues

Think twice before buying

Personal experience
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had this bike for over a year now and I had no choice but to replace it because of the amount of times it decides to screw me up. It lasted a good 6 months after noticing many problems. I weigh around 165 and at a height of 5'10 and according to the description, it wouldn't have a problem withstanding someone like myself. But, the back tire was a pain and needed to be replaced. It says it can reach a 30 false mile radius. Also, it is the hardest thing ever to pedal after the bike dies usually 1-3 miles into the ride which is ridiculous. It reaches a speed of 10 mph not 15. Maybe I'm too big for this bike but this is my honest opinion on this disastrous bike. Thanks, Jetson :(

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Put it together, charged it, took it around the block once to try it out and it worked perfect. Come Christmas the NEXT DAY, wouldn’t work at all for him. He was so upset and disappointed and I was as well. Only positive was Best Buy took it back easily.

fake price

Poor quality poor service

Had the bike for less than a year and the charging port won't work. Called customer service. Super rude, unhelpful in unwilling to send out any replacement parts. They just wanted to sell me a new bike with a ten percent discount. If you can believe that. Avoid this pile of garbage
