    the quality of this cordless vacuum cleaner is great but the battery is sub par. it goes from 100% to 80% within the first few minutes of using it. If you're going to use this for small spaces or area rugs i would suggest it but if you've got a large home you're using it for I would look at a bit better unit just for battery purposes.

    I purchased this vacuum with the expectation of only using for light vacuuming every once in a while. It worked the first couple of times then couldn't hold a charge and also displayed an error code. I was unaware that the return window would close after 2 weeks so I am stuck with it.

    The battery lasts about 20 to 30 min MAX. And to charge it it takes pretty long. For hair and very light dust works fine but not for deep cleaning.

    hate this vacuum stopped working a month into buying it talked to jigoo customer support and they wanted ne to clean it before they could do anything and vacuum was cleaned before i could respond nd let them know its was not working they closed claim

    this is the WORST vacuum i have ever owned. it kept getting clogged every 5 minutes and would not disassemble to clean out. the wires also frayed themselves
