Excellent all around headphones. Comfortable, great all day battery even without the case helping, easy to use and excellent sound which is why I've purchased these before as gifts and have never disappointed recipients. Adaptive equalizer will sure get the sound you want. Even at regular price they are worth it.

I have tried a number of different wireless earbuds. I like these the best because of the around the ear loop and the price. Other wireless earbuds have fallen out as I am working or walking. Sound is great and power lasts and lasts.

I bought these to replace my jabra true wireless for exercise on my bike. The Jabra would fall out of my ears and the Jlab stay in. Battery is really good and the charger lasts months between charges. The only issue I have notice is with noise cancelling. To me it seems to work better with it off on my bike ride than with it on. I have tried reseting them and try doing the custom tuning. Not a big deal for me they do the job.

I highly recommend these earphones. They are very comfortable and easy to use. I love the case & I don’t need to charge them very often. When I do need to charge, it’s so convenient to just attach the cable built into the case to a power source. I use weekdays when I walk 2hrs/day & even bought a second pair so that I have a pair to go & a pair at home!!

I have been wanting some bluetooh earbuds for a long time but did not want to spend of money because of how often i would use them. I got them primarily to listen to podcasts while at work. My wife has the air pods but I did not like them because I am afraid they will fall off. After doing some research online i came across these. I liked the fact that they’re earbuds that also wrap around the ear so they wont fall off. I read some reviews here and becuase they had a 4/5 rating i gave it a shot. I purchased them for $80 (they were on sale from $100) which was in my price range. I havent had them long but for what i need them for they are perfect. I am not some audiophile but i love these. 10/10 would recommend these! They fit snuggly and come with a total of 6 sets of replacement ear piece in a rang of sizes.

These are excellent. Soud is great and noise canceling is very good. Worth the extra money to upgrade from previous pair. Battery life is a major plus. I say they are almost perfect only cause nothing truly is perfect.

I bought these to replace a Plantronics bluetooth earpiece I use with my phone. I like that the earbud is less noticeable and can be worn comfortably for a longer period of time. I also wear glasses so I needed something that would work with them. They are also secure. Either earbud can be used. A bonus is the charging case.
Both earbuds can also be used for listening to music or podcasts. There is an app that can be used to adjust sound levels for music. I have not tried it but I don't really intend to use the buds for that purpose. When I did try both buds I was not overly impressed with the sound quality. However, I am not a fan of earbuds. I have a Bose headset I prefer.
Would have been nice on sale bud the price is within the ballpark of decent earbuds.

Tried these figuring I wanted the convenience of in-ear buds. Read the reviews and many thought the sound quality was great. Let me be clear about that. If you think these have great sound quality or good bass response, you need to get out more. These buds are straight middle of the road and at their price point are still not worth it even if they offer the convenience of no wire around your neck.
They fit easily and snugly and set up was simple. That's it. Those are the plusses. I had some issues as others did with one not linking correctly, but after deleting them and starting over, they linked right up.
Do NOT expect these to work in noisy environments such as airplanes. You will be disappointed. These are best suited it you want to look stylish in your office cubicle and your friends don't know that these are basic ear buds. Maybe they'll mistake them for Yamahas or something due to the logo on the outside of them.
Anyways, if you are looking for a complete middle of the road performer as far as sound quality goes, look no further. As I said before, if you think the sound quality on these is great then you either just came from a set of Beats earbuds or these are your first run and you've never heard anything before. Either way, there are other options that are either worth the stretch financially (not with Beats though) or less expensive with better sound quality.

Great sound for a lower price. I like the over the ear molded piece, keeps it in place when you are active. The chargeable case is nice and compact. Best option if you're not looking to spend the money on beats or air pods.

Very nice product. Sound of high quality and they fit perfectly and don’t fall out when doing exercise. The battery system last for hours. The storing and charging box is excellent as is small but keep the earplugs properly set in place. All the control bottoms are easy to use.

I am working from home now and using my various Bluetooth speaker as a speakerphone was not cutting it. There would be a second or so delay from when I started speaking to when the microphone would enable. So, I purchased these in the ear Bluetooth headphones. They don't have the delay i was experiencing and they sound pretty good. They are pretty comfortable but I am glad I don't need to wear them all day. I am still getting use to the 'tap' features (mute, volume, etc) but they seem to work well. All this said, I am still looking for the GREAT solution.

Great pair of ear buds. Noise canceling works great as well as the be aware function. They stay in even when I am running. Only problem when I get sweaty the connection between the buds and my skin gets “broken” and it pauses my music, other than that it was a good but for me

My wife had purchased a set of JLab bluetooth earbuds a couple years back. I could not find my other earbuds that I had and I'm glad I couldn't, as I'm glad I bought these as a replacement.
They have a fantastic range to them (I'd estimate about 45-ish feet or so); call clarity is fantastic; and the form factor on them when wearing them is also on point.
The case that recharges them also has quite the capacity on it too, can completely recharge both earbuds about 5 times on average before having to recharge the case itself.

I feel guilty that I wanted to give it 5 stars

I really wanted to give it 5 star but I can't make myself to do it. I love how this thing stays in place on my ears while I'm running. The sound is great, it blocks outside noises pretty well, small and stylish. However, this thing is giving me tinnitus. I used this a few times a little over 3 months ago and I stop using it after I got ear ache that lasted for weeks. No infection, just mild pounding, numbness, mild ringing, and some clear non-smelly liquid leakage that turned crusty. The problem with this is that there's not a good way to control the volume. You tap right or left to go up or down the volume, but both earpieces have to be on your ears. If the volume is too high, you'll have to leave it on your ear while tapping it to lower the volume. It doesn't respond well, so, that few seconds could damage your ear. I tried it again today since I thought my ear ache is maybe gone. Well, the left earpiece wasn't working after many attempts to fix it, so I used it only on one ear, the right side. I made sure the volume on my phone is really low before I put it on. I used it for an hour while at the gym. Now, it has been a few hours since then, my right ear is leaky, a little numb and pounding. My left ear is fine. The pain is not as bad as before because I lowered my phone's volume. I would go lower, but since the left piece wasn't working, I couldn't control the earphones volume. I have many many different earphones and headphones (bose, scullcandy, sony, etc), none of them gives me ear aches. If it's not because of these ear aches, I would have said this is my favorite earphones, but I can't.
