I truly believe that JLab listens to feedback to always come up with much improved products. The Epic Air Sport ANC are excellent. JLab keeps it simple with the boxing experience. Personally, I absolutely LOVE the fact that they don't use plastic over everything. Just some plastic stickers on the earbuds themselves. You may not have the satisfying peel experience but at least you can recycle nearly everything. After opening the box, you will find a charging case, extra ear tips, and the always present guides. The earbuds are found inside the charging case. At first, I thought they forgot a charging cable. However, after some searching I saw that they built it into the case. No more extra cables cluttering my room. No more forgetting/losing and having to buy an extra micro-usb cable to charge. Now, if this built-in cable gets damaged, you still have wireless charging to the rescue. Design: The charging case is bulkier than other earbuds as a result of the built-in cable and earbud design, but I did not mind. They still fit in my pockets fine. The magnets worked great, and I had no problems with opening/closing the case or keeping the earbuds in place. The design of the earbuds themselves are hit or miss with people. The earhook design may not do it for some people. I personally thought they looked good. I think one has to look at the primary purpose for this design. They were built for sports. I can emphatically say that earhooks definitely work in that regard. They can take any run or workout you throw at them. They are very comfortable to wear. With the various tips, you can definitely find one that fits you. Personally, I liked the memory foam ones. It created a great seal while maintaining comfort. Function: Pairing was very easy. These were my very first Bluetooth 5.0 earbuds. I really liked it. The connection was reliable and I did not have to worry about losing signal while I went to go get something from the other side of the house or the garage. The Epic Air Sport ANC have touch controls. Personally, I don't really use them that much. However, JLab did a very good job with these. They were surprisingly very reliable and consistent. You can customize the taps to mean play/pause, volume, track control, ANC, voice assistant, and EQ modes. Each earbud has separate tap functions and up to 3 different functions per earbud. You can use each bud separately. Just be aware that the tap functions remain the same. For example, if volume controls are on the right earbud, you cannot adjust volume if just wearing the left. Also, the wear detect sensors are excellent. If you take them off, it pauses the music. It resumes when you put them back on. This was very reliable and consistent. I enjoyed how automatic it was. At IP66, It is VERY water-resistant. It can handle sweat and rain no problem. It is waterproof against hose-directed water. It doesn’t go quite to the level of submersion but still pretty darn good. Battery life: Awesome. Advertises 11 hours with ANC and 15 hours without. In my use, they actually exceeded these times. I did not have to worry about losing a charge at all. The charging case has 40+ additional hours of ANC and 55+ additional hours without. With everything fully charged, that is 50+ hours with ANC and 70+ hours without! You can forget to charge for a long time. If you somehow forget to charge even with all of that, 15 minutes of charging will get you an hour of use. Just unreal. Sound: Good balanced sound. It will not knock you away but let’s be real. You are in the middle of a workout. I doubt you will be dissecting the mids and highs. If the sound profile is not to your liking, you can customize the EQ. I am sure you can find one that suits you. They do have different modes. I didn't explore these too much. ANC: I was disappointed with the ANC. The degree of noise cancellation was so slight. It did not do much beyond the passive noise cancellation provided by the seal. I know that the ANC is supposed to be one of the main sells but it just isn’t there. Pros: Built-in charging cable Wireless charging Wear detection Water-resistant Astronomical battery life Value Cons: ANC All in all, you really cannot beat the value of these earbuds. Despite the poor ANC, the other features just make these such a great pickup that I still recommend them. If ANC is your main sell, don’t buy these. Otherwise, these should be on your short list.

I dont think i would buy this item the card to it is really short and i wish it would work with my wireless chagering pad for my galaxy

Had a little trouble connecting but worked well after connecting. Battery did not last as long as said.

Great headphones however they already stopped charging and had to claim a warranty on them

I have not used them much but so far I’m pleased. They are a little hard to put on but Otherwise ok.

They are a pain to work, u try to pause them it will raise the volume. The case/ charge door fell of after just two weeks sitting by my laptop. Not worth the money.

My fiancee can’t use regular ear phones so I got these for a test run and they were a winner.

Heavy user for wireless earbuds. Never let this product go and loose power. It would take you a week+ to get it charged back to work. Otherwise, works fine.

Bought these to try out after reading some positive reviews, but they just didn't have enough bass for my liking...so I returned them. If you don't need the low-end frequencies, give them a try.
