The sound quality, battery life and it's durable secure fitting around the ear makes it a excellent item for it's price.

I bought these to replace a Plantronics bluetooth earpiece I use with my phone. I like that the earbud is less noticeable and can be worn comfortably for a longer period of time. I also wear glasses so I needed something that would work with them. They are also secure. Either earbud can be used. A bonus is the charging case. Both earbuds can also be used for listening to music or podcasts. There is an app that can be used to adjust sound levels for music. I have not tried it but I don't really intend to use the buds for that purpose. When I did try both buds I was not overly impressed with the sound quality. However, I am not a fan of earbuds. I have a Bose headset I prefer. Would have been nice on sale bud the price is within the ballpark of decent earbuds.

My wife purchased a pair and I liked them so this is our second pair. They fit my ears nicely and can hear nicely movies, videos or audiobooks. The charger as the carrying case is an extra bonus

My wife had purchased a set of JLab bluetooth earbuds a couple years back. I could not find my other earbuds that I had and I'm glad I couldn't, as I'm glad I bought these as a replacement. They have a fantastic range to them (I'd estimate about 45-ish feet or so); call clarity is fantastic; and the form factor on them when wearing them is also on point. The case that recharges them also has quite the capacity on it too, can completely recharge both earbuds about 5 times on average before having to recharge the case itself.

I love these ear buds! I do not like ear buds that are tiny and these fit so well. Extra ear caps of varying sizes are included. I love the sound quality and the charging case is sleek and fits the ear bus perfectly. Happy customer!

I highly recommend these earphones. They are very comfortable and easy to use. I love the case & I don’t need to charge them very often. When I do need to charge, it’s so convenient to just attach the cable built into the case to a power source. I use weekdays when I walk 2hrs/day & even bought a second pair so that I have a pair to go & a pair at home!!

A Christmas present for myself to use when working out. Comfortable fit, sound comes in very clear, stay in your ears when exercising, great quality at a reasonable price and always feel confident when buying any product from Best Buy!

These work well. Sound is pretty good. Decent bass sound. They link up easy with the app. No complaints. The battery life is good.

I've had these for a few months. Incredibly comfortable! Battery lasts all day. The ability to make them sound when the kid loses one for me is a must have. I may but am extra set just to be safe. I use them as ear pro. I work in a plant.

Comfortable in my ears, I was looking for something to use while walking my dog and hiking and these certainly met my expectations for that. Sound quality is adequate, i usually listen to podcasts more than music. They have a tendency to skip while on a phone conversation however. This does not happen all the time, and it is not always when I am moving, sometimes I am just standing or sitting, yet I will lose the sound and miss a few words here and there.

Very good product. Comfortable, good sound quality, good battery life. Bought on sale for $60.

Only 4 stars because of the sensitivity. In the middle of a workout it stops playing music. So annoying. Must tap my phone to start it again; when i tap the headphones it just plays for another second and music pauses again. Battery last a very long time, charger on case is convenient. Its loud. Noise canceling is great. Won't call off.

Like sound, fit, price. Do not enjoy feed back when your hand or any object gets too close to the buds.

These earbuds work well and sound very good especially since they can be mixed with different standard settings in the app. The charge levels shown in the app vary and in my opinion are not accurate. The charge lasts all day. The only thing i do not like is getting them put in my ears. The over the ear retainer is hard to get used to. Overall, i like them and would recommend them.

They are very comfortable and sound quality is very good. Ear clips do the job not at all uncomfortable.

Got these ear buds for my wife and she just loves them. So much handier than the other type with the cords. The sound is great, they have a long battery life, and the charging case is very nice way to charge them

I just goodbye to my beats, this jlab are perfectly comfortable, great sound, great time listen my music watching videos and the battery no about to die. I for sure recommended

The sound is great on them,and they hold in place really well. These were my first ear buds because usually they don't fit in my ears well. And they come with memory foam and 5 or six other foam pieces for your ear canal. The only issue I've had is that one ear bud stops working and I have to reset them which is a pain but only happened once, hopefully won't happen agian. But compared to prices for other ear buds I'll take it.

First pair of Bluetooth earbuds for me. Occasionally have trouble linking up to my Motorola Android phone and are not 100% reliable like my wired earbuds when you just plug in and listen. Still, they sound very good and were well worth it, especially considering I got them for half-price as a Deal of the Day. Plus, with the app you can customize the sound to suit your taste by adjusting the equalizer settings. Recommended.

I love these earbuds. They stay put well and are extremely comfortable. The sound volume and quality is great too. Have had some issue with having to replace due to one completely stopping responding. Luckily they were under warranty. Otherwise they would be a 5!
