Not great sound. But they are convenient. Good purchase if your just listening to sports or podcasts. Not great for music. Very funny sounding.

ok so first what i dont like. not much at all lol. a couple things that come to mind, and for the most part, not really to big a deal except 1 thing for me. first, it comes with extra ear tip pieces, now this is a plus. so why a negative. no case or bag for them. i would love to have seen a little bag or something that those extra ear tips could be placed in. not a big deal really but just something that would have added that extra touch. another is that the cord to charge if you use is short. but understood being how it is (explain later as a positive). and even with app, cant figure out how to change some of the controls like the ones that require to press and hold. seems to only let me change the 1x, 2x or 3x tap functions. also, not sure if its the app or what but i have charged both pieces the same time. and when connected to the app, it will say right is lets say 75% while left is 90%. then later it will say left 90% and right 95%. etc. they do last a few hours. and then can charge. i wore them all week without charging and even all day off and on sat using with my pc gaming (not the best but just to use them) and then charged. probably used them 15+ hours without charging them. and during the week they would charge while at work. friday nite i used them and then kept them out of the case when i would take them out. they also take about 3 min to turn off if you take them out. you turn off your bluetooth and they will auto shut off after about 3 min. or you can place in case and they will shut off. i feel this is a long time. not sure why not after 30 seconds or a way to turn off manually. at least i am not aware and cant see a way to do so. this is no big deal, they last a while but still. and lack of having a usb charging block. so many companies now dont provide that anymore. its would be nice to see that included. but the one negative for me was the sound. i felt that it was kinda low volume even with the volume maxed. for me this is a big thing because i am 90% deaf in my left ear and 50% in my right ear. i rather the sound be loud and i have to turn it down some over being to low and i cant turn it up more. but not enough to give 4 stars as ill explain in positive. ok, so what i do love/like about these. first ill try to explain more on the negatives/positives. first was about the cord. its short, however its also built into the case and i like that. as long as you have the case with you, you also have the charging cord. its also your regular usb 2.0/3.0 etc cord. but whats great, its reversible. you dont have to try and figure out what way to line it up. for this, i dont mind the cord being short. i would love to also have seen maybe a way that you could plug in your own lets say micro usb cable into it, but its still nice that its built in, or you can set on a wireless charger and charge that way. i also love that the case itself acts like a battery charger for the ear buds. so i ride a bus for an hour to work, and then i can place the buds in the case while at work and for lunch or ride home they are fully charged. as for volume, yes it is low. however, it does have some nice futures and although i am deaf and would have loved it louder. i was still able to hear music and videos fine. it has a noise cancelling, you can also turn that off and it also has an aware future. noise cancelling worked pretty good. and compared to the other 2 modes, it helps out a lot. like i said, i cant hear well so this mode did a good job while i was on bus to and from work and at lunch in getting rid of background noises. so i was still able to hear my music and videos. and when at home or in car, i love both the noise cancelling when needed as well as the aware future. the aware future allows sound to go thru so if wife or kids need something, i was able to hear them great. and still hear the music as well. the controls are just a matter of pressing the ear pieces or press and hold. you can download the app and some what change the controls. one i dont get is reject a call. i wish i could just double tap (which is hang up if on a call) to reject. but you double tap and then hold. just feel if i have not accepted the call, (single tap) then double tap should reject. but thats not a huge issue. calls, i was able to hear calls clear and at least from what i was told, they sounded fine for them to hear me as well. fit, i have issues with ear buds and i am not a fan at all. mainly the ones that just go into the ear. my left ear has cauliflower so it has a lump were ear buds sit and the ear canal is also slightly closed so its hard to even use ear buds in my left ear. these out of the box fit great. i love that they have a piece that goes over the ear to help keep them in. and even at times when my left ear one comes out, i dont worry about lose the ear piece cause it is held from over the ear. so i just simply can put back in ear. like i mentioned, i used them all nite friday and sat and they felt comfortable and i had to issues. overall i love these ear buds. feel great, they do sound great just dont get loud, and easy to pack around. comes with a few different ear sizes. if your looking for nice ear buds, i recommend these.

Decent headphones, good sound but definitely could gave a deeper sound

I have had them for 1 month and only one earbud syncs at a time, not both. I've had 2 of the same JLab earbuds in the past and didn't have this issue.

Bought on a Black Friday deal. Good discount but inconsistent product acting up a bit losing touch response and Bluetooth at times. Not sure why.
