I’ll use them for traveling or something, but not a fan of these for everyday use. However, I am used to Beats sound and bass, so might be why I didn’t like these. They also cut in and out too much.

They first asked, are you using a blue tooth wireless set? enough said

LEDT EAR BUD WONT PAIR

Will not pair. I followed the YT videos, followed the JLab forums of tapping 7 times to reset the bluetooth, forget bluetooth device in iPhone, etc. It is a manufacturer defect. Right ear bud connects fine, but not the left. Go to the JLab forums and google and you will see this is an issue. Shame on me. Returning these asap. The kicker - JLab says 24-48 hours for a reply. I see why Best Buy put thee on sale - to get rid of the inventory and eliminate more product returns BUYER BEWARE

They worked great a few times and then any time he would lean over, they'd turn off/get disconnected. He tried to return at Best Buy within 45 days of me purchasing and they said warranty issue has to go through the company. We'll see how that goes...

Sound Quality is Seriously Lacking

The sound is terrible -- one dimensional with very little base and a tinny sound. The Powerbeats Pro were on sale at a great price, so I returned these JLabs and got the Powerbeats, which have a far superior sound.

However, after only ~10 hours playtime, left bud will not charge and is dead. Troubleshot with all internet advice: no luck. Now out of return period and I'm out $100. Poor product reliability.
